30 days to change your mind

At PawsNord, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Return conditions

Product unused and in the same condition you received it
Original packaging, with tags
Receipt or proof of purchase
Request made within 30 days of delivery

Request your return first

Email us at PawsNord.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address once your request is approved.

Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except when the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover it.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we let you know whether it is approved. An approved refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable goods, personalized items and personal hygiene products cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect item

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, if the item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered. We fix it at our expense.
