Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, items shipped from our US warehouse arrive in 3 to 7 business days, and items shipped from overseas in 10 to 20 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of your order and your delivery country. It starts at CA$10.00 for Canada and CA$12.50 for the United States, and is charged once per order. The full rate table is on our Shipping Policy page.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. An email with your tracking link is sent as soon as your package ships.

Do I pay customs fees?
Possibly. Items shipped from overseas may be subject to duties and taxes on delivery, assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency or U.S. Customs and Border Protection and payable by the recipient. Items shipped from our US warehouse to the United States are not subject to import fees. Details on our Shipping Policy page.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout, Shop Pay or PayPal: we never see or store your card details.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD). Customers in the United States see them converted to US dollars (USD).

Are taxes included in the prices?
No. Prices exclude sales taxes (GST, QST or HST in Canada, state sales tax in the United States). Taxes are calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us first — items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except when the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
