Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Items shipped from our US warehouse: 3 to 7 business days
Items shipped from overseas: 10 to 20 business days

Your product page and confirmation email indicate which applies to your order. Delivery time comes in addition to the processing time above.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of your order and your delivery country. All rates are in Canadian dollars.

Why does an order over 10 kg cost more to ship to Canada? Heavy items for Canada travel by air from overseas, while heavy items for the United States usually ship from our US warehouse.

The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is charged once per order, based on total weight, even if your order ships in more than one parcel. We do not offer free shipping, and there is no minimum order value for a reduced rate.

Customs and duties

Items shipped from overseas are imported into your country when they are delivered to you. Any duties and taxes are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Canada: imported items may be subject to duties and taxes assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency on delivery.
United States: if your item does not ship from our US warehouse, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

We cannot calculate these amounts in advance and we cannot refund them. If a parcel is refused because of customs charges, the order is treated as a return and the shipping cost is not refunded.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If your order ships in several parcels, you will receive a tracking number for each one.
