Welcome to pawsnord.com. By using this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Store

PawsNord is a Canadian online store based in Quebec, specializing in pet accessories, serving Canada and the United States.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD); customers in the United States see them converted to US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. An order is confirmed after full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (pricing error, suspected fraud, out of stock).

3. Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and Shop Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify's checkout, Shop Pay or PayPal; we never see or store your card details.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing: 3 to 7 business days for items shipped from our US warehouse, and 10 to 20 business days for items shipped from overseas. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of the order and the delivery country, starting at CA$10.00 for Canada and CA$12.50 for the United States. 5. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return of an unused product in its original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. A return must be approved in advance: items sent back without an approved request are not accepted. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for a defective, damaged or incorrect item. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. See our Return Policy for the full procedure.

6. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us with a photo within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
