PawsNord is a Canadian online store (Laval, Quebec) specializing in pet accessories, serving Canada and the United States.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. An order is confirmed after full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (pricing error, suspected fraud, out of stock).

3. Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

4. Shipping

Estimated delivery: Canada 5-10 business days, USA 7-12 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for the full procedure.

6. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us with a photo within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
